Digital products
Our plugins are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Once you receive access to download a plugin, the transaction is complete.
Digital goods can't be returned like physical products. You can't un-download software or prove it hasn't been copied. For this reason, we don't offer refunds on completed purchases.
Before you buy
We want you to make informed decisions. Before purchasing:
- Read the full product description and feature list
- Check system requirements and compatibility information
- Review the documentation and FAQ
- Contact us if you have questions about whether a plugin suits your needs
We're happy to answer questions before you commit to a purchase.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances:
- Technical fault: The plugin has a critical bug that prevents it from working, and we can't fix it within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same product twice
- Billing error: You were charged incorrectly
Each case is reviewed individually. Contact us with details of your situation.
What doesn't qualify
We don't offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Compatibility issues with specific themes, plugins, or hosting environments
- Features you expected but weren't included (check the product description)
- Failure to read documentation or follow installation instructions
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
Support first
If something isn't working, contact us before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved with proper configuration or a quick fix.
We provide support for all purchases and genuinely want our plugins to work well for you.
How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Contact us through our contact page
- Include your order number and email address used for purchase
- Explain the reason for your request
- Provide any relevant details (error messages, screenshots, etc.)
We'll review your request and respond within 3 working days.
Processing refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider, but typically takes 5-10 working days.
Upon refund, your licence is revoked and you must stop using the plugin.
